Patrick Miller, Founding Attorney at P Miller Legal Services will be participating in a webinar on the Model Contract Clauses with other members of the ABA Working Group (David Snyder, Olivia Windham Stewart and Sarah Dadush) on Monday 11 July 2022. The webinar will be hosted by the Investor Alliance for Human Rights. The Model Contract Clauses are designed to effectively operationalize the UN Guiding Principles on Business & Human Rights into international supply agreements.
